Über das Projekt

The project is implemented under the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 – Small-scale Partnerships in School Education (KA210-SCH). It aims to strengthen cooperation among partner schools by promoting innovative educational approaches, enhancing environmental awareness, and fostering students’ active participation in sustainable development processes. The project responds to the growing need for integrating environmental education, ocean literacy, and sustainable practices into school curricula. Through transnational collaboration, participating institutions work together to exchange good practices, develop joint educational materials, and implement innovative learning activities that empower students to become responsible and environmentally conscious citizens.

Projektergebnisse:

  • Increased environmental awareness and ocean literacy among students.
  • Improved digital, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Development of innovative teaching materials accessible to a wider educational community.
  • Strengthened cooperation and networking between partner institutions.
  • Enhanced intercultural understanding and European identity among participants.
  • Sustainable integration of project outputs into school curricula beyond the project lifetime.
  • All project outputs will be disseminated through school websites, social media channels, and local stakeholder networks to ensure wider impact and sustainability.

Timeline and Partnership:

The project is implemented over a period of 12–24 months (as defined in the grant agreement). The timeline includes:>

  • Project Preparation Phase: Planning, needs analysis, and task allocation.
  • Implementation Phase: Realisation of meetings, LTTAs, workshops, and material development.
  • Evaluation and Dissemination Phase: Assessment of project impact, reporting, and sharing of results at local and international levels.
  • Final Reporting and Sustainability Planning: Documentation of outcomes and integration of successful practices into long-term school strategies.
The partnership consists of schools from different European countries cooperating within the European Union framework. Each partner institution contributes specific expertise, cultural perspectives, and educational experience to the project. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined to ensure effective coordination and balanced participation. The collaborative approach strengthens institutional capacity, encourages mutual learning, and establishes a sustainable network for future international cooperation initiatives.
