The first Learning, Teaching and Training activity (LTT1) was implemented in Balıkesir, Türkiye, between 14 and 18 October 2025.
The programme focused on developing participants’ competences in coding, robotics, creative thinking, and sustainability through hands-on activities using the Lego Mindstorms EV3 platform.
Throughout the week, participants took part in workshops on algorithmic thinking, robot construction, sensor usage, and environmental data analysis. They applied design thinking principles to develop creative robotic solutions and worked collaboratively in teams to produce interdisciplinary projects integrating robotics, art, and sustainability.
The programme also included an industrial visit to Yarış Kabin, where participants observed real-life applications of automation and robotics in production processes, linking theoretical learning with practical industry experience.
In addition, a cultural excursion was organized to Bergama, Ayvalık, and Cunda Island to promote intercultural exchange and social cohesion among partners.
The activity concluded with team project presentations, evaluation sessions, and a certificate ceremony. LTT1 significantly contributed to strengthening digital skills, environmental awareness, creativity, and international cooperation among participating institutions.
